Travel:
Journeys within the city are made by bicycle. All other journeys use public transport where feasible.
Carbon off-setting is used for any longer journeys particularly those that might involve plane travel.

Office Resources:
Paper use is minimised, re-use of paper in-house is maximised.
Plastics, paper, card-board, cartridges, glass are all collected for recycling.
An office wormery deals with compostable matter.

Material Usage:
The office utilises as much as possible healthy, low-embodied energy materials and re-used articles in its fit-out.

Future aims:
The immediate future looks at forming a partnership with a photovoltaic supplier to power electricity needs in the office. Longer term, Solearth is looking to move to a carbon-neutral building which can be a net contributor to energy needs.
